$500 is due as a deposit per person to begin your booking. Final payment is due on June 10th, 2026.
 
FLIGHT INFORMATION
 
You will be required to book your own airfare. Arrive in Barcelona on Sunday September 13th , 2026 at El Prat Airport (BCN) and Depart from Madrid on Sunday September 20th, 2026 from Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD). Additional information will be provided once flights become available. 
 
PASSPORT INFORMATION
 
Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Travel Insurance

PLEASE NOTE: Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect yourself while traveling. If you decline to purchase insurance, you must fill out a travel insurance waiver form. Insurance is sold separately and is strongly advised. Insurance is quoted on an individual basis depending on the passenger’s age and total amount of the vacation package.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

  • All pricing and itinerary listed is based on a minimum group occupancy requirement.If the minimum number of travelers is not met, pricing and itinerary is subject to change and pricing may increase. We will notify all guests in advance should any adjustments be necessary.

 

  • Optional Flexible Payment Plan: After $500 deposit a payment of $400 per month with final payment due June 10th, 2026 will pay the cost of your trip in full.

 

  • All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Travel Protection is HIGHLY recommended.
